Memorial or Tribute Gifts

A memorial or tribute gift is given as a lasting tribute in memory of a loved one that has passed away or to commemorate a special occasion.

Your generous gift will enhance direct patient care at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital. Your gift helps the Health Foundation address the hospitals most urgent needs, or can be designated to a piece of equipment, specialized area, program, or service.

When a memorial or tribute gift is received by the Moose Jaw Health Foundation, a special letter is promptly sent to the family informing them that you have made a donation in honour of their loved one. The amount of your gift is not mentioned. You will receive an official charitable tax receipt for income tax purposes.
